Excellent in the support department. It’s a very solid chair. Assembly can get annoying but that’s just the way with office chairs. It’s not more or less irritating than putting together any other office chair. You just have to have patience, and an hour or so set aside for assembly. Once it’s put together, nothing is knocking it down. The armrests are super helpful, too. Nice and flat which I appreciate because the curved ones or slanted can get really uncomfortably really fast. So having them be flat allows your forearms to rest nicely on them. The color is nice. Very neutral. Perfect for an office space.

This chair is beautiful, I love the black with gold accents. It’s sleek and elegant, and it lifts the aesthetic of any room. Also, super easy to put together. However, I can only give it 3 stars because it is very firm, and the listing of the chair says it is adjustable and can tilt but I’ve tried everything and cannot get this chair to tilt back or adjust. I work long hours from home, so a comfortable and flexible chair is necessary especially since I’ve had a previous back injury. Sitting in this chair feels like you’re sitting up against a wall, and any movement in the chair is highly uncomfortable. I’m thinking to just move it to another place in the house where it won’t be used as often and can just be apart of the decor. Cute for decoration, but highly uncomfortable.
