   I ordered this item for my teen daughter. She opened on Christmas Day to assemble and no hardware was inside box.

   Looks nice but problem is the back falls off the chair. Have had to put the screws in multiple times, however, eventually the entire back falls off. Doesn’t appear there is a warranty as the only help there is are online step by step instructions to fix everything BUT the back falling off. There is no where to contact the seller directly to get it fixed or a solution.

   This chair is honestly better than the description. The install instructions made it clear to build. Only took me 10 minutes. Great quality – the lever is at an accessible reach for adjustability to the right height – the size is perfect to sit criss cross, with one leg down, both legs down, or on my knees. It is a versatile chair and so comfortable to sit on and it is now my favorite chair.
