I’m 6′ tall and headrest at highest setting hits me in the upper shoulders. Keeping chair, but not using headrest (I did install jacket hanger).

The chair was easy to assemble and is relatively comfortable. The material can be a little scratchy but this may solve itself with more use.
I’m 6’4″ (193cm) and this is where the issues start. Even at full height, the headrest sits just under my shoulders unless I slouch (I ended up removing it). The seat is wide but it is nowehere near long enough, not even reaching halfway up my thigh. This all leads to a chair that feels awkard to sit in, not uncomfortable but also not quite comfortable.
I’m sure this chair would be an easy 5 stars if I was just a little shorter.

The head rest was a little tricky to assemble but everything else was super easy. Had it done in 30 minutes.

Overall, this is a comfortable and supportive char. However, the headrest is a bit awkward and sits much too low even on the highest setting. That pushes your upper back forward and ruins the posture youre hoping for. Works great without it!
