Looks nice but is uncomfortable! The pillow sits at my shoulder blades and not behind my head (im not a tall person-5’5″). There is nothing behind my head! The low pillow position is what makes this chair so uncomfortable. The back is not tall enough. There is no lumbar support, like none, its flat. Im sending it back
