   This seems to be an excellent solid product. I made the purchased to deal with a lower back issue. It is very comfortable, and light years ahead of the chair I have been sitting on for the last ten years. It is sturdy and would support even a much larger person. I’m 200 lbs. The supports are adjustable and well placed. It is useful that the arm rests can be raised. I raise one and keep the other down, which works well for my desk arrangement. I have it in a home setting, but it would also look great in an office. Some assembly is required. Six steps, but don’t be too scared it is really just attaching the five legs to the base and attaching the arm rests. Shipping disassembled allowed it to be shipped from LA to New York in one business day, having ordered after the close of business on Friday and received it on Monday with standard shipping. The manual is adequate but some diagrams would be better off as line drawings and the part code letters are not mentioned in every step where as they really should be. No tools are required other than the provided allen key. An improved manual would support a higher price point. Aligning the arm rest screws benefits from looking down the hole before inserting each screw. Some additional description around the gas canister (Springiness) would be helpful. For example should the orange cap be removed or not. I did not. The orientation of the base onto the bottom of the seat would benefit from line drawings. I’m very happy with the purchase and would recommend it.
