I bought the Gabrylly high back office chair, about a month ago. Delivery was quick & on time. The assembly was quite easy. The chair has lived up to its reputation. The arm rests are adjustable and you can pull it up so that your hands are level with the table. This is a very useful feature The arms rests are decently padded & I like that. The head rest can be put in multiple positions as needed though I don’t use the feature a lot. The chair design is ergonomic. However I felt that my back could do with a little more support. So I called up the customer support and they were kind enough to send me a lumbar support specially made for the chair. I got that in 3-4 days and immediately clipped it to the chair. That has made a Big difference and my back now feels well supported. The only thing, I am finding a little uncomfortable is the mesh seat bottom. I am used to sitting on a padded bottom. I did email the customer support to get a foam cushion but they mentioned that they are no longer supplying that. That would have been very useful addition for some people I am sure. Nevertheless the chair is pretty good overall & the back support is top notch!
