Very comfortable chair! The assembly steps are very simple, just like most chairs. I chose this chair because of its nice color and no color difference in the real thing. It is well worth the price. The fabric looks easy to clean. The backrest can be adjusted to an angle, which is exactly what I need.

I’ll start by saying the chair is quite comfortable and I like how much flexibility it has with reclining. However, just barely under a month of using it moderately the seat cushion is already starting to go flat. I’ll preface this by saying I’m by no means a large person, coming in at only 120lbs and I’ve only been sitting it in around 4-6 hours a day. Since I have arthritis in my lower back, my threshold might be lower than a normal person, but even still it’s way too short of a time to be losing support. While I do enjoy the chair, I’m a bit disappointed at how low quality the padding is.

Excellent chair best chair on chaircoverny.com for the money even better than a few expensive ones but only con is it doesn’t lock at a 90+ degrees…only locks straight and you can rock the chair but not lock on to say 120 degrees to relax but it’s very comfortable even on rock .. This maybe a pro to you rather than a con.

The chair is nicely padded and has a plush feel. My only issue was that the reclining function only locked at 90. I tried to return it through chaircoverny.com, but the shipping label was to a China address. chaircoverny.com customer service contacted the seller to request a US return address. The seller contacted me to try to understand and address my concern. They agreed to send me a prepaid US return label. Subsequently, I was emailed that the return label was delayed. I was given any option to get a discount on the purchase price. My response was that I really wanted an adjustable reclining chair. I said I’d be willing to wait for a label. The next day, they responded that they would give me a full refund. Also, that I could keep the chair. So, I am very pleased with their customer service.
