UPDATE! “I reached out to the seller and they worked with me and sent the correct parts overall this will be a 4 out of 5 only because of how quick they were to fix the issue.”
My item came without the main part to put this chair together(long connector) and the quality is much cheaper than it appears in the image. When trying to return they request you to pay shipping costs to return. Would not recommend.
