Easy to assemble. Arrived promptly. Box wasn’t heavy. Only four main pieces plus five wheels to assemble. No screws or tools provided or needed. Seat is one piece. When inserting wheels – push down firmly (with a bit of force) to snap in into place. You will know when the wheels are seated correctly as the small silver stem on each wheel will be all the way in the hole base and it will make a pop sound. After the wheels are in place – flip the base over and finish the 3-step quick assembly. Super cute chair for my small desk area. I didn’t want arms as it wouldn’t fit under my desk. Stylish, sturdy and good price. Does not feel cheap at all. Material is soft and smooth: not leather, not plastic and not pleather. The height is adjustable to a point 15” to 18”. Recommend before purchase you measure the height you need for your area to make sure the chair has enough height for your needs. Great for smaller areas. Good product. Recommend.

I love this chair. The chair was extremely easy to assemble. No tools required. Probably one of my favorite parts- took about 6 minutes to put together. The leather on the chair seems of good quality and feels soft, and not rough. It has a good clean stylish white color. It is really comfortable, and the padding is firm and helps keeps my posture up right. I like that it works for different body heights so it’s comfortable, and can be adjusted to height. Is easy to move around the room with the attached wheels and not too heavy. It is perfect for a vanity or desk. Nice looking chair. However, it raised up upon assembly completion, but it will not lower. And, yes several of us tried, and we know how to lower a hydraulic desk chair. Its hydraulic system is simply broken.
I contacted the seller whose website promises a 24 hour response. Five days later and NO response. But I did get a text from chaircoverny.com asking if the seller resolved the issue. NO the seller did not resolve nor respond. NO stars if I could rate that low.
