This chair is amazing! It came with very simple directions and only took 10 minutes to put it together. The color is very vibrant and material is very soft. Sent me an incorrect piece and have not responded to their helpline in order to get it fixed. Sent me two Left Arm Rest pieces. Need a Right one. See photo shows a gap in placement with the arm rests
