    So this is an early review. I purchase the chair last week and was told it would come between January 11-17th; came early January 8th, so big plus. Now for the assembly part. READING IS KEY but don’t be like me, i thought common sense could apply here. I end up looking for a video and couldn’t find one, so I end up reading it but still missed a key point. I followed the instruction to a T and it was easy to assembly. I’m 5’6 and tiny-ish weigh about 145lbs. I am no Hercules, and I hate manual labor (for certain things) but it took me 30-35mins to assembly. BUT then i saw the key info that states i need another person assistance, but I did it without. Wasn’t hard by any means necessary. The instructions provided was clear to follow and is the key in successfully putting the chair together. Please Note: it was heavy, from the box to the item itself but I needed a new chair now and now! The chair is super comfy, and I mean getting a warm hug kind of hug from the person you love the most comfy. The recline of the chair is ON POINT, baby this rocks like a good rocking chair! Startle me on a few occasion. The lumbar support is not the greatest but i think has to do with my weight and height, remember this chair is built for specific height etc. Nonetheless i still got it. BUT IT WORKS. My only faults with this product is the spring coil; its wayyyyyyyyyyyyy too LOW! If i could get a replacement to make the chair higher I would be most grateful. Its way too low at its highest point.

    I purchases this chair in July 2023 and was happy with the comfort of it. Fast forward to May 2024 and the hydraulics are completely gone and chair will not stay lifted. I’m literally rubbing my elbows to my knees. I paid over $300 for a quality heavy duty chair and it did not to last even a full year, I am very disappointed.

    I have not spent a lot of time in the saddle. Less than two weeks, and not a 40-hour work week, but a couple of 8-hour days.
    Its easy to see that this chair has style and not cheap looking. I selected the off-white color. I think this chair is designed for true big and tall people. If you are well under 6 foot tall, the seat bottom might be too deep for you. I stand 6’6” and 305 lbs. The seat is soft and strong. I wish it had an adjustable lumbar support. This area is more of a concern for me than most people. However, six months from now, I might update my review when I have more time riding this puppy.
    Right now, this is the best seat in the house for me. No fatigue today after spending a full workday in my home office.
    Yes, I recommend this chair for the heavy weight lover over 6 feet tall in your life.

    Updated: In- lines wheels have already bent and lost ball bearings after only a few months. I’ve bought replacements. In the picture you may be able to see the discoloration from my work pants. They are not jeans just slacks. Still comfy though. Original review:One hole on one side took my son 30 minutes to attach because it was not aligned properly. The rest went together with ease. Very comfy for larger gal. Very professional at work in my office. In- line wheels almost work too well. Rolls extremely good.

    I had one a work, so I got one for home. But I got the white one for home. Very comfortable very well made I had my work one over six months a couple other normal sized guys like me (300 +) but we had to get black for business which is nuts.
