    The good news is the construction is great. All steel frame, very heavy steel, the seat and back are solid and they include soft rubber wheels which wont mar the floor. The tilt is about the right amount. I am 6ft and my wife 5ft and both of found this chair comfortable for extended seating. The height adjustment is sufficient for both of us.
    The negative side is the fabric. As shown in the pictures it comes very wrinkled. I contacted the supplier and they stated this is due to the extended time in the carton. I tried a blow dryer as they recommended but that did not help. It has been out of the carton for two weeks and the wrinkles are unchanged. The fabric is soft and comfortable which contributes to the wrinkles. Additional fill material would probably help but there is no way to add to the bottom section. There is a zipper on the back so that possibly could be augmented to reduce the wrinkles.
    The supplier offered a token price rebate due to the wrinkles but not sure it is enough to keep the chair.
    If you are okay with the wrinkled look then I’d get this chair. But if you desire the smooth look as shown on the website, keep looking.
