   This chair seems to me like one that should absolutely be priced at under $100 for how basic it is. It’s got a mesh back, mesh bottom, plastic springs on both of them, and you can adjust the angle of the back of the chair to certain spots, as well as the height of the chair seat. The arms of the chair can be up or down; they don’t push forwards or lock into place at any angles. The wheels are your basic plastic caster wheels, and the metal base plate is where the hydraulic rod that forms the pillar, sits. And overall the chair can in fact handle the weight limit it’s listed to handle. For over $220 I can’t say I see the value in this chair. The arms are far too short, and since you can’t adjust them at all you’re just stuck with them being too short forever. The back of the chair can only be locked to certain angles, not the full range of motion. The mesh seat and back aren’t uncomfortable but they definitely don’t offer a whole lot of support compared to a more comprehensive seat. I also can’t say I’m impressed by the small screws that don’t feel like they’ll hold up over time. It does in fact come with all the hardware you’ll need to assemble it, which is one single T-shaped hexagonal screwdriver. It assembles pretty quickly, you should be able to finish putting it together within 30 minutes or so as long as you follow the instructions. The instructions are made well enough that anyone familiar with assembling things should have an easy time, and there aren’t any spots in them where it’s easy to make a mistake. The chair has a fairly high base height – meaning you can’t set this up to be low to the ground. It’s possible to raise it higher, via the lever that lets the hydraulic piston extend, but you can’t lower it any less than about 2 feet off the ground. I’m not impressed by the screws, which don’t really feel like they’ll hold up long term. They’re pretty small, and there are only a few of them holding the chair together, and one for each arm. Sure, it works, and it’s not falling apart yet, but the fact it tells you to double-check the screws every month to see if they’re still in, doesn’t seem super impressive. I only review things that I personally use myself on a regular and continued basis. I always give my full, honest, unbiased and unfiltered opinion on everything I review. I will not hold back or avoid describing any issues I have with a product. I write exactly what I think about things – the good, the bad, the ugly, and the questionable. If I get multiple of something it’s because I regularly use and need both of them. And, I will update my review if something breaks, stops working as intended, or otherwise doesn’t hold up as expected.

   This office chair is quite basic, without any extra frills. However, it makes up for that with a lot of attention to quality. This chair is incredibly solid!

   As a 250-pound, 5’4″ receptionist, I sit in this chair for over 8 hours a day. I can’t emphasize enough how much I love the ergonomic features. It provides excellent support, is firm, and fits comfortably in all the right places.

   Out of the box, the chair was a bit too tall for me, so I had to purchase and install a separate $30 piston to lower it to a comfortable height. After making that one minor adjustment, it has been perfect!

   It took me about 30 minutes to put together. I put the wrong screws in the base as there were 2 packages of screws (1 which was hidden) and each size of screws has an extra. So when I needed 5 screws for the base and there were 5 screws in the first bag (the only bag I thought I had), I used those screws. However these screws were supposed to used somewhere else and you only need 4 of them. Confusing to write and confusing for me when I couldn’t find the screws I needed for the other step. I did end up finding the 2nd bag (the one with 6 screws ; 5 plus 1 extra) and swapped them out for the wrong ones I put in the base. The first photo shows the difference in the screws I mixed up. The second photo are all the parts left over. Other reviews talk about the awkward instructions for putting this together and they are correct. But it’s not impossible to put these pieces together. The chair looks just like the product page so I didn’t include a photo of it. All the adjusting parts work smoothly. This chair is replacing an old leather chair that my son completely destroyed by using it as a gaming chair (sitting in it all the time). My wife and I didn’t find the chair to be comfortable at all as the mesh seat provides no padding, but my 18 year old son likes it and that’s who I got it for. He likes that you can lock the recline at various angles. He likes being able to move the armrests up to be able to get closer to the desk. I’m not too sure it’s worth the $239 price tag as it just a basic mesh chair. It does have nice adjustment abilities, but that doesn’t justify the high price

   This chair is a fantastic choice for comfort and support. The mesh back keeps you cool, and the lumbar support provides proper posture all day long. It’s easy to customize the seating position and I t swivels smoothly and feels sturdy. The assembly was straightforward, and the overall design looks pretty sleek and modern. A great value for a reliable and comfortable office chair!
