    The chair is really nice and simple to assemble, with sturdy bolts. It’s comfortable and looks good too.
    The assembly instructions were clear, making it easy to figure out where each part goes. Everything fits nicely and can be tightened securely.
    It offers basic adjustment features for tilting and moving the headrest, which can be easily done while seated.
    Overall, I’m pleased with the chair.

    There are a few good things about this chair —

    1. It is very soft in many areas and comfortable to sit on.
    2. The headrest sits high enough for some tall person to enjoy the headrest.
    3. It has a retractable leg support.

    Now comes a few improvements I think they can make it more appealing —

    1. The wheels are not as free-turning, especially on the carpeted areas.
    2. The retractable leg support is a little too loose and has the stop on only one side.
    3. Overall it is kind of wobbly. The side supports, headrest, back and seat bottom is all too loose and squeaky.

    I might have to check the tensions of the bolts every so often to make sure they do not come loose. The install was straightforward and easy to follow.

    My new favorite desk chair! Straight out of the packaging it is a bit stiff but after about a week of use it became more relaxed and comfortable. The assembly was easy with the directions being so simple. I recommend using power tools if you have them just because it goes more quickly but also makes the chair feel more sturdy. The footrest is a nice touch. It easily slides out from the beneath the chair and when stored it is hardly noticeable. The chair comes with a little back pillow if you need that extra support as well. I got the color coffee and it is pretty much what I expected from the picture.

    So..we’ll see how the chair wears with prolonged use but I gotta say so far the only compaint I have is there is a little stitching that came slightly undone, and the footrest has a tendacy to want to slide out when you are just sitting. The armrests feel a hair weak but that could be my imagination I’ll update as I use it. Construction was easier than expected and the instructions made it a breeze. The materials seem nice. And the chair is comfortable. The controls are easily accessible and the headrest could accomidate someone around 6’4 I’d guess
