I purchased this chair on 6/13/2023. The material on the armrests is already cracking and splitting. I would not recommend this chair

My preteen daughter always picks out what she wants for her birthday or Christmas and sends me a link to it and she picked out this chair to go with her new desk. It’s a great size and very stylish. The height is perfect and is easily rolled around. She spilled something on it the other day, and it was super easy to clean it off. Just great functionality altogether. It didn’t take me more than a minute to put it together. I would totally buy it again. I purchased this in August. It is now November. I just waited to write the review so I could give a good and honest review of it.

Defective hydraulic stablization mechanism but fixable with customer service help and some “Jerry rigging” See image- to put the “middle position” you must twist the entire mechanism while holding the cable - unless you perhaps have the perfect wrench (the nut you need to twist is pretty stuck in that plastic casing)

I really like this comfy cross office chair, and the beige color suits it perfectly. It was easy to assemble and is very comfortable. The height of the chair can also be adjusted.

It’s easy to assemble in 5 mins, kids can pull along very easily and comfortably. Perfectly fitting for kids task table

Pros: Plastic at thinnest point is 1/8", is moderately flexible, and likely to last for quite some time. Mesh material is easy to wipe clean, treat with waterproofing for even better results. Back has a nice supportive arch for the spine and the mesh reduces heat. Overall seat is compact suitable for children and adults or tight spaces such as a kids desk or makeup desk. Assembly requires 7 bolts and about 10 mins very easy for one person to put together. Good value to price. Cons: Seat is not contoured simple flat profile. Foam within seat is low-density foam not memory foam it will likely be compressed rather quickly No pitch and rock nor tension adjustment for the back of the seat only height adjustment.

I ordered the ergonomic office chair to replace my old chair after having two recent back surgeries I wanted to upgrade my chair especially to one with lumbar support. The chair was easy to put together overall and seems to be made fairly durable, but I will need to keep our cats out of my office as they will destroy the mesh material. I do like the footrest feature, but I doubt I will be using that feature a lot since I have a nice recliner for that. My one complaint with the chair is the armrests, they are adjustable latterly twisting left to right, but they move much too easily. When I am simply sitting down in the chair and placing my hand on one of the arms rest it tends to rotate much too easily. I find this more than irritating since I have nerve damage in my left leg, and I need some support as I sit down. Having the arm rest move as I put some weight onto it is not a safe thing when sitting down with a weak leg.

The best things I can say about this chair are: 1. It was easy to assemble, taking about 20 minutes. 2. It encourages good posture by making you sit up straight. 3. The mesh back helps keep you cooler. 4. It rolls smoothly. This chair was intended to replace my existing office chair, which I've had for years. However, it falls short in terms of comfort, and I'll be looking for a different replacement. As someone of average height and weight, I find the chair's proportions too small. There's too much space between the end of the seat and my knees, and the backrest is too short. It wouldn't be comfortable for sitting at my desk for extended periods. The chair's dimensions seem better suited for a teenager or someone smaller. While the armrests do tilt, they are very narrow and lack padding. The seat has a foam cushion, but it's thin and not very supportive. Additionally, the tilt mechanism affects the entire chair, not just the backrest. Overall, while this chair has some positive features, its lack of comfort and inadequate dimensions make it unsuitable for long-term use. It’s not worth the asking price and I'll be continuing my search for a more comfortable and well-fitting office chair.
