This chair is solid! It is very easy to assemble and very heavy for moving around. I’d like that the wheelbase is metal versus plastic, which is what broke on my last chair. The foot rest is nice, especially if you’re in a long boring group meeting the wheels are definitely stiff, but have been loosening up with more use. Cannot go wrong with this chair.

i'll start off by saying i'm a big guy, 6'3, 385lbs, I previously had a Steelcase manufactured office chair that was given to me by a friend when her office was doing some renovations, the chair was manufactured Dec 29,2003 and was given to me in mid 2004. it has been used daily for many hours over the last 21+ years, but over the last 6 months or so it's slowly started to fall apart, and a couple days ago the recline mechanism broke (so the front of the seat tilts down when not held back by your legs) and it just got too uncomfortable to use with no feasible way to repair it. i figured any chair that lasted that long was worth looking at for a replacement......... well when i called them, the $2500 price for the same equivalent model chair sent me straight to chaircoverny.com for an alternative and after several days of researching i picked this one...... it came a day early, was super easy to assemble (a T-handle allen wrench is included and is the only tool you'll need for assembly), it's super comfortable and well made with heavy thick steel brackets. a couple of the wheels took some good hand force to snap into place so some people may have difficulty getting them in by hand. the recline feature isn't adjustable as far as the degree of recline goes, but it does offer a stop that prevents reclining and a knob to adjust how much force is required to recline when not using the stop. there is no adjustable degree of recline but it offers a nice 'rocking chair' feel without feeling like it's going to flop over backwards when you rock full back. the arm rest are wide and comfortable and allow plenty of adjustability and support for getting up, sitting down, or adjusting yourself in the seat. overall i'm happy with the chair, especially for the price. hopefully it holds up long term.

Super easy to assemble, and talk about comfort!!! I have a conference table for a dining table.... Love the adjustable height 😍 ordered another, after getting 1st order of 4

I like the chair overall and bought it because of the high reviews and I am big, 6'4"" and 380 lbs. The one bad thing is I have big wide legs that would hand over the side of the chair if not for the arm rests. I was worried that you couldn't leave the arm rests off because they also support the back of the chair and it would break if I ever leaned back in it. Revised: I guess you can take the arms off which I am now going to do. They got back to me immediately. Great customer service here.

The chair was nice and comfortable but I was leaning back and it snapped and I fell backwards and injured myself. I am within the weight limit. EDIT: They sent me another chair and it broke again in the same spot

Fantastic chair, especially for the price. My last chair I had fell apart so I had to look for a new one. This chair is perfect for me. It's extremely comfortable and the seat is soft, but firm at the same time, I love the mesh back because I sweat easily so with this chair I don't ever stand up and have a sweaty back. The chair was very easy to set up and took maybe 10 minutes at most. I really like that you can adjust the height of both the arm rests and the chair itself. Although the chair doesn't stand very tall, it's tall enough for my desk and can be adjusted to be low enough I can tuck it under my desk. It's very solid, and has good weight to it, and I think it will last a lot longer than my last chair, just based on the quality of this chair.

Ergonomic Office Chair with Adjustable Lumbar Support and Headrest, High Back Home Desk Chair with Flip-Up Arms, Footrest, 4 Reclining Angles and Deeper Seat, 400 LBS Capacity Well... lets see.... The assembly... Part of the directions are incorrect.. It wanted me to put the R and L handles in the wrong sides... Luckily I saw that... but that leads to a larger issue... there are two sets of holes where the arm rests mounts... the screw inserts are in the WRONG holes, so there is no way for the bolts to line up... so the arm rests are only held on with one bolt... so they are not very sturdy. (see the pictures) The seat itself is not really comfy. Wife says it is like an uncomfortable airline seat. The spring that controls the rocking is way too tight... at its loosest setting it is still almost impossible to rock. The head rest comes way to far forward and is not adjustable... I'm 5'10" and it hit in my back between the shoulder blades. was ok for my 5'4" wife. Wheels are just OK.... Footrest? Ok I guess... but I don't see a very large person putting much weight on it. Sorry...but this might be an option for a smaller (certainly not 400lb) person for occasional use.. Working from home or a normal to taller person? Not a chance That's all I have to say about that..........

Outstanding quality from the packaging to the full assembly of the chair. I purchased the chair during week of Thanksgiving but there was a four delay in the delivery. The seller was quick to email me without any inquiry on my part. I received two emails from the seller, the first being an apology for the delay. Then, the second email was a refund for a small discount on the already low price due the vendor logistics failure to update the tracking. Quite impressed by the customer service and grateful for the additional discount. The chair parts were very well protected by thick cardboard and each item double packaged in styrofoam and plastic. The printed instructions on card-stock paper were simple and concise making assembly easy. The chair is solid quality, sturdy and well designed. I like the multiple options to customize the chair for that absolute comfortable fit. The chair back height can be changed to five levels and the lower lumbar can be extended forward or back. I like the fact the mesh lumbar moves with my body whether I’m leaning sideways, back or forward. The armrests are unique in the two levels(axises) of pivoting that work together and separate of the other on each armrest. They don’t have hair-trigger movement but there is a slight tension to keep it in position. It may become less over time. The first ten days took a bit of tweaking to get that just right adjustment. The only drawback was the tightness of the mesh seat initially but overtime it has lessened. After 27 days of use, I can confidently say this chair provides great comfort for long hours of sitting. I actually feel asleep leisurely reading a book without the extension of the foot stand. Now that’s definitely a great buy.

Overall, okay chair for the casual wfh desk. The chair looks great. The seat and armrest paddings are very thin and the headrest part is not comfortable. The spring that it came with to keep the lock in place, keeps popping the lock. Although the armest are movable, they are not adjustable and they go all the way up. If you are going to use this 8hr/day 5 days a week, the comforts evaporates rather quickly.

My daughter and son-in-law's desk chair needed to be replaced. So we got them this chair to try out. + When unboxing, I was pleased to find that every item was packaged in cardboard, making it so that that the metal parts couldn’t be scratched. + The instructions were written clearly, and the hardware was labeled, so no which-bolt-goes-where minigame. > I did have some trouble with getting the back attached to the seat, and the wrench provided is very uncomfortable to use. TIP: I suggest putting the seat face down on a box to help attach the back attached and wearing the provided gloves (which I mistakenly didn't wear). + Other than that, all the pieces friction fit together nicely and there were no rough / sharp edges. + I was very happy that the piston didn’t have oil on the outside, a problem I had with my previous chairs. + The chair, as advertised, is quite large and is very comfortable to sit on for hours on end. + My daughter currently uses it as an office chair in a carpeted room, but the lack of wheels makes this valid for a cozy reading chair in living spaces. > The only mild issue I have is the size of the backrest, as it is quite short and doesn’t offer much support. + We don't like arm rests, and one reason we picked this chair is because it doesn't have arm rests and my daughter does sit cross-legged in front of the computer, so no throwing away unnecessary parts that will never be used. OVERALL: Chair is comfy, large, and easy to put together.

This chair is perfect for my small room! The height is adjustable. It can easily seat heavier people too and they find it pretty comfortable. Whoever said this chair isn’t for “American sized” people was wrong! It’s also a pretty light cream color, not really white. Which I’m okay with. It came with all the tools labeled with the exact step I’d need them. Also got a big tool that I’ll be storing in my tool box. Really handy. Good purchase :)

The item I received was missing parts and could not be put together. There were also parts included that did not belong to the chair. I had to return.

I can’t believe how comfortable this chair is!!! I love it. So cushy and soft.

The Vecelo home office desk chair is super easy to put together. There are a limited amount of parts that takes no time at all to assemble. I chose this chair specifically because it doesn't have arms on it. Without arms there is less constriction and more open space to move around. The seat is comfortable. I can sit with my feet planted on the floor or cross legged on the cushion if I choose. The backrest fits perfectly against my back and gives me the support I need. The chair is surprisingly light weight. I can easily pick it up and move it out of the way so I can use the space for exercise. It's sleek design goes perfect with the decor of my home office.

I absolutely love this chair. I’ve been using it for a week now and it’s been amazing It didn’t come with directions for assembly but it’s pretty straightforward. Took me about 20 minutes and came with nice tools I have hip dysplasia which can lead to hip pain after prolonged sitting, but 1. this is comfy enough to mitigate it and 2. the fold out foot rest allows me to change up my sitting position in fun and comfy ways (also great for my adhd) Feels like it’s going to last a long time. I love this
