Sent me an incorrect piece and have not responded to their helpline in order to get it fixed. Sent me two Left Arm Rest pieces. Need a Right one. See photo shows a gap in placement with the arm rests

I've been using this chair for two weeks now, alongside a couple of other office chairs, and I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and flexible it is. It's slightly larger than my other high-back office chairs, but it's sturdy and comes with several fully adjustable features. The armrests can be tilted up or down as needed, and they’re firm enough to stay in place. The lumbar support is also height-adjustable, which is great since I often find myself wanting to change its position depending on the day. This chair really impressed me with that flexibility! It even has an adjustable headrest that can move up and down and tilt to your preference. I chose the beige and white color, which blends nicely with my setup. Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase and loving the chair so far.

This chair was very easy to put together. I was able to do everything by myself. The instructions are clear and pretty good quality for the price. We mainly got this because our 8 year old wanted a green chair. He really likes the cushion and how light the chair is. We haven't had any issues either. Daily use for 2 months now. I can imagine it might not be as comfortable if you are taller/bigger. But this chair is perfect for kids.

I was not expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised. It was easy to assemble, the instructions were straightforward. I am a heavier person, around 250 lbs and it holds my weight without issue. It feels better than I expected. It has some weight to it. The seating pad is not uncomfortable and the back rest provides good support. It doesn't tilt or recline because it's fixed but that's a nonissue for me. It lifts and lowers effortlessly. It's comfortable. No complaints so far. Hopefully, I won't have to update my review.

I was honestly really skeptical because of the mixed reviews I read but I thought I’d just see for myself and I am so glad I did. I’ve struggled to find a chair that can accommodate my weight and this chair is made out of surprisingly sturdy and durable material. It’s extremely comfortable. The height adjustor actually stays at the the height you set it to. It doesn’t squeak. Also the instructions were fairly simple and easy. I will say this chair weighs a lot more than I thought it would and was a bit heavy for me when putting it together but it was easy assembly and I’m so glad I made this purchase. I will update my review if I come across any issues but my first impression is great. I would highly recommend.

Tension bolt was not set properly so chair would not rock back.

After reading the reviews, I decided to take a chance and bought this chair. I work from home and spend 8-10 hours in this chair at a time. I loved that it was comfortable and breathable….BUT….slowly, but surely, the mesh seat fabric let loose. I am within the weight limit, so this chair should have lasted much much longer than 4 months! A phone call to chaircoverny.com revealed there is no warranty on this chair! Just don’t go for it like I did because the chances are high you’ll be left very disappointed!

This chair looks great and feels even better! Super comfortable for long hours, with excellent support. Assembly was a breeze—only took 15 minutes. Highly recommend!

Pretty good chair. Obviously not the greatest quality but for the price its a deal. As some others have mentioned the top pad Im assuming is for the nape of your neck is a little uncomfortable if you’re too tall. Im 6’1” and it protrudes right into my shoulders. But honestly its not that bad after awhile and I might just get a lumbar support that should help that. The seat isnt as padded in the center very well but a seat cushion took care of that. The construction was super simple and quick. I got the whole thing together in about 10 minutes and all the tools needed were provided. So all in all, not the best chair but a great value for your buck.

I found an affordable, comfortable, and stylish chair, and this one checks all the boxes! The shipping was really fast, and the package was well protected. The chair arrived in a sturdy cardboard box with enough padding to keep it safe. Each part was wrapped carefully and it was easy to assemble. I'm 5'8" and 190 lbs, and the chair feels very sturdy. My only concern is about the durability of the material and how long it will last before showing signs of wear. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase! :)

I ordered this chair for my son’s room since we got him a new desk. He really likes it. It rolls around and spins very smoothly. The seat is cushy enough for him, he’s 8 and 59 lbs. I could see long term the seat cushion wearing or compressing down if an adult sat in it all day like in a work from home job. If you would be using it occasionally I don’t see any problems with an adult using it. It also has height adjustment which is nice for my son since I think he grows 6” a week! The mesh on the back of the seat is thick and sturdy. The back DOES NOT rock like some chairs I have had in the past. Overall I think it’s a good chair for the money. As far as holding up long term, just depends on how your going to use it.

Although the box was not damaged, my chair came with a puncture hole on the top of the back of the chair. Didn't discover until it was time to screw bracket on to the back of the chair, which is one of the last steps. Tried to see if they would just send me a new back, but there is no option to correspond with the manufacturer. I like the chair, just bummed about the damaged piece and don't want to struggle taking it all apart to return. Do the manufacturers read these reviews? Maybe they will help me and sent me a new beige back. I'll give you an update, if I hear from them. Fingers crossed. Edited: Company reached out to me regarding damaged chair and sent me a replacement right away! What great customer service! I use this chair at my sewing machine. Gives me great back support.

Nice chair for a kid's desk, an adult may find it uncomfortable after a while. Wouldn't recommend for taller or bigger people, as height and cushion may be an issue. Color is cool. The cushion doesn't fit exactly perfectly, but settle over time.
