30-Day Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied. Unused items in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and free of any stains, odors, or damage
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Custom or bulk special-order items may not be eligible — contact us first

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@chaircoverny.com with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return

Email info@chaircoverny.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return and will appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
