All orders are processed and shipped from our Brooklyn, New York warehouse within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time. All orders require a valid US shipping address.
Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us at info@chaircoverny.com.
For orders of 200+ units, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for processing. Contact info@chaircoverny.com in advance for large event orders so we can confirm stock and delivery timing.
