I do like the chair. It actually arrived by early and was easy to assemble. The only downside to the chair there is a rip on the right side of the chair. So, this chair was obviously used and returned. The seat part has enough cushion, and the back part is firm. If you are looking for a chair that will give you some back slack for reclining or rocking this is not the chair for you.

The sellers are really nice. After my review they offered to replace the chair. The new chair was delivered quickly and there were no damages to the chair.
Update #2.
Now either I broke something or fixed something, but this chair is giving me the flexibility to rock now. I haven’t flipped out of it so I will take that as a plus.

So I will start with the good things about the chair. It’s big! Huge! Very stable and sturdy and the only chair my husband’s ever been comfortable in. He has back issues.
It’s very lovely. Lots of padding. Smooth to operate but takes two people to assemble.
It has plenty of room and moves freely.
So why only three stars? Well, our chair came with no way to put in the headrest. There were no holes to assemble it. We tried putting small holes of our own assuming there was a bracket under the material, nope. The headrest is useless.
At this price point that should never have been an issue. It’s still a good chair, but that frustration wasn’t something easily overlooked.
