    This is a great share for work from home. The seat cushion is think for sitting for a long period of time. It’s easy to assemble, very sturdy and love that you can pick up the handles to fit better under a desk.

    Very easy to assemble. Instructions are very clear. Looks really good once together with the color contrast. Very comfortable to sit it. I wasn’t sure about the little headrest but it’s a very nice addition. Rolls very well even on carpet. Hight recommend.

    Chair was easy to assemble and comfortable. However the knob to adjust the seat back tilt angle was stuck in it’s original position since assembling, never allowing me to adjust. Then, two months after unboxing, the chair snapped where the base of the seat connects to the riser. I’ve had $30-$40 chairs that have undoubtably better longevity, I expect better from a $100+ chair. I reached out to Balmstar about my issue and haven’t heard back in months.

    Both my husband I really like the chair. It was comfortable, rolled nice. Bought it November 2023, my husband sat down on it on 2.2.2 24, and the entire bottom fell apart. He caught himself before falling to the floor, but the chair isn’t good. Has a 3 year warranty, but trying to get in touch with the company is not being easy at this point. Will purchase different brand at this point. chaircoverny.com says talk to the seller. Seller says talk to chaircoverny.com. What a crock!

    As of today, I have not heard anything back on this review. Is there any way to get a new bottom to this chair???

    I dreaded assembling this chair, but I was pleasantly surprised with how easy it actually was! Less pieces than i expected and the tool and parts were in one labeled blister pack. All the parts were well constructed and fit together easily. The assembled chair was very comfortable and sturdy.
